Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure investment, is seeking a skilled Fundraising Specialist to join our Investor Relations & Business Development Team in Copenhagen. With 0-3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A or private equity, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the due diligence of prospective and existing investors.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality responses to investor questions. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the preparation of fundraising material, including marketing materials, case studies, and sell-side due diligence questionnaires.

You will also work closely with other teams to manage virtual data rooms and stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will be required to write first drafts of responses to investor queries and manage communication with senior team members to ensure clear, high-quality, and timely responses.

We are looking for a candidate with strong written and oral communication skills in English, as well as the ability to distil complex issues into simple solutions. You should possess solid analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to question and iterate to ensure the highest quality responses.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Law, such as cand.merc., cand.merc.jur., cand.jur., cand.polit., or cand.oecon. from a foreign university. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

About the Role

  • Assist with the preparation of fundraising material, including marketing materials, case studies, and sell-side due diligence questionnaires.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A or private equity.
