About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team in Nordics. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving long-term business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers, including CIOs, IT directors, and business unit leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize expertise in Cloud ERP functionality, Cloud ERP Framework, and 1CSW to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage complex global transformation programs, applying risk-mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales or Consulting and/or Customer Success Management with complex business software / IT solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the complete SAP offering, including Cloud ERP functionality and Cloud ERP Framework.
  • Experience with long-term planning of resources, technology, and account structure.
  • Knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environment.
  • Understanding of cloud and on-premise software solutions.
  • Ability to manage in highly complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Proven ability to engage with key customer stakeholders in a manner that organically drives renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
