At Kvadrant Consulting, we are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Growth Strategist to join our team in Copenhagen. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with senior leaders, advising them on designing and running their commercial functions to accelerate growth.
About the OpportunityAs a Commercial Growth Strategist at Kvadrant Consulting, you will be working directly with our consultants in the advising of commercial leaders and the transformation of our client's sales and marketing functions. Your primary tasks include:
- Conducting commercial analyses, interviews, and desk research to identify areas for improvement
- Preparing key reports and presentations for decision-making
- Developing commercial strategies and change roadmaps to drive business growth
- Working hands-on with clients on how to implement changes and achieve their goals
- Supporting in facilitation and documentation of workshops to ensure smooth implementation
- Supporting internal marketing and business development activities to promote the company's services
We are looking for a high-performing individual who is easy-going, a team player, and enjoys working in small teams. You should possess a growth mindset, have high work ethics, and be proactive. In terms of ambitions, you want to take the next step in your career in consulting and help large B2B companies grow smarter through better commercial strategy and execution.
We are seeking individuals who:
- Are currently studying a Bachelor's degree or in the beginning of a Master's degree and have received above-average grades
- Have strong analytical, strategic, and commercial skills
- Thrive with responsibility and display attention to details
- Are team players with excellent written and spoken English skills
As a Commercial Growth Strategist, you will gain a high level of responsibility and will be linked directly to one of our partners. We offer a development path towards a full-time management consultant position after your studies. You will build and expand the classic management consultant toolbox while gaining practical experience supporting partners on client projects.
