Through our established delivery network and vast number of restaurant and retail partners, Wolt for Work enables businesses to boost their employees' happiness no matter where they are working, promote camaraderie in teams, and save time and effort running office events.
We currently work with top professional service and tech companies in Denmark, and we're now looking for a hands-on Enterprise Growth Strategist to join us on this journey of accelerating Wolt for Work's growth further.
Job Description
As an Enterprise Growth Strategist, you'll be responsible for growing our Enterprise portfolio by identifying, negotiating, and developing strategic partnerships with diverse enterprise partners. You'll engage in medium-complex business-level discussions with decision-makers, using data, insights, and versatile communication skills to hold your own in operational, marketing, and technical conversations.
You'll have the opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial flair and collaborate across several teams/functions, including product, merchant, and marketing teams, to build a winning proposition. We have a great base to start from, and your focus will be to help us build upon and scale this in the local and regional markets.
- Take end-to-end responsibility over corporate client relationships after acquisition, directly managing top-tier clients and reactively managing others.
- Onboard and activate acquired corporate clients, guiding them through their first few transactions.
- Consistently manage account activity, promoting regular engagement.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships, becoming the client's trusted advisor.
- Support clients in using our products, problem-solving for their needs, and growing accounts by identifying additional opportunities for Wolt to support the client.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop custom B2B offers and ensure high-quality experiences for clients.
- Develop client NPS, collect positive testimonials, and reduce churn.
- Analyze data to determine account management focus areas.
- Decide how clients can benefit from new features as our business grows.
Requirements
We expect you to have proven experience in account management, preferably in B2B or enterprise fields, with startup or scale-up experience beneficial. A natural tendency for ownership, get-stuff-done attitude, and excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Danish are must-haves. You should also possess a demonstrable consultative approach, analytical skills, and team player mentality.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this position is 85,000 - 120,000 DKK per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
