Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance activities on-site, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to align with client objectives.
  • Implement standardized processes and procedures for SLAs across the site/accounts, in compliance with legislation and industry best practices.
  • Ensure site staff are fully competent, with effective succession planning arrangements in place.
  • Provide healthy and safe working conditions, implementing client and company health and safety policies and processes.
  • Implement control systems to ensure statutory, policy, and contractual commitments are met.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, maintaining effective relationships with key client contacts.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and direct support to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a senior or executive management role, with responsibility for product, culture, people, and business growth.
  • Previous experience in Facility Management, Building Services, Maintenance Management, or Project Management.
  • Ability to drive contract performance with strategic goals, while maintaining employee engagement.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to connect with subordinated employees, clients, and CBRE Management.
  • Excellent relationship builder, with proven internal and external client management experience and good networking skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand financial metrics.
  • Fluent language skills in English, with additional knowledge of Danish language a plus.
