Global Content Strategist for International Product Success

At Trackunit, we are looking for a highly skilled Localization Manager to play a crucial role in our mission to connect our brand and solutions to the global construction industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating localization efforts, consulting on best practices, and managing incoming requests from across the organization. This includes working closely with product teams, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure that product content works seamlessly globally and local content is accurate.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing localization tools and workflows, planning and executing translation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality, maintaining reporting and communication with internal stakeholders, and conducting quality assurance through coordination with internal proofreaders.

Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a Localization Manager or Coordinator, proficiency in English and ideally another language, strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and experience with project management reflecting our expectations of tracking timelines, setting deadlines, and providing regular updates.

In this role, you will focus on developing scalable content development flows, leveraging technology and internal resources to minimize repetitive content and decrease time-to-market. You will also communicate effectively with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring transparency of workload and planning.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate localization efforts, consulting on best practices, and manage incoming requests from across the organization.
  • Manage and optimize localization tools and workflows to enable truly localized products and content in all languages.
  • Plan and execute translation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Maintain reporting and communication with internal stakeholders, conducting quality assurance through coordination with internal proofreaders.
Requirements
  • 2+ years professional experience as a Localization Manager or Coordinator.
  • Experience with localization management platforms.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and ideally one other language.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Time management skills with the ability to organize multiple projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.
