About Asetek
Asetek is an international and listed company committed to delivering high-quality products and services. As a key player in the industry, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as Chief Global Sales Strategist.
About the Role
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure growth, profitability, and market dominance for Asetek.
- Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Lead Sales Team: Oversee and motivate a team of 10 sales professionals across Denmark, USA, and Taiwan, ensuring they meet their performance targets and KPIs.
- Forecast and Analyze: Predict sales trends and revenue streams, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Capture New Markets: Identify and execute on new market opportunities, developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
- Collaborate with Executive Management: Work closely with the executive management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales leadership, with experience from a similar role in the industry that produces computer components and/or gaming equipment.
- OEM Sales Experience: Hands-on experience selling to OEM customers, with a strong understanding of complex international markets.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with experience motivating and guiding teams to achieve results.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
