We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Process Improvement Manager to join our Quality Assurance department at AJ Vaccines. In this role, you will have the freedom to design and implement new processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Mapping: Develop and maintain detailed process maps, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify the underlying causes of problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, resulting in cost savings and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, communicating effectively with stakeholders and building a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance metrics, reporting progress to senior leadership and driving data-driven decision making.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • A strong background in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Familiarity with GMP standards is essential.
  • Process Improvement Tools: Experience with process mapping tools such as SIPOC and Swimlane diagrams is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration: A team player with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and supply chain.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
