Department

This position is situated within the Commercial Supply Chain, CMC Operations, and reports directly to the Senior Director, Head of Commercial Supply Chain, CMC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant commercial supply chains, focusing on labeling and packaging operations at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and distribution through Third-Party Logistics (3PLs).
  • Lead product implementation initiatives at CMOs by managing commercial product launch activities and validation processes to ensure product availability.
  • Design and enhance processes, procedures, and systems for product implementation and commercial operations.
  • Supervise labeling and packaging manufacturing activities and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for commercial manufacturing support.
  • Collaborate with key business partners to formulate effective launch strategies.
  • Assist in the implementation of serialization setups for various markets and CMOs.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance to uphold GxP compliance throughout the supply chain, including managing changes, exceptions, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).

Qualifications:

  • A relevant master's degree, such as in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in supply chain operations within a global organization, engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive initiatives forward.
  • A strong aptitude for business process optimization and standardization.
  • Proficient coordination skills with a natural ability to engage team members to ensure progress on tasks.
  • A proactive approach to leadership and the ability to work independently on both familiar and new tasks.
