About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Knowledge Specialist to join our team at GN Group. As a key member of our Training and Knowledge team, you will play a crucial role in delivering training and knowledge solutions to our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver training programs for new and existing employees, using a range of training methods and technologies.
  • Conduct training sessions for customer-facing support roles, focusing on product, technology, and soft skills.
  • Contribute to the development of training content and assist in maintaining and expanding our training programs.
  • Create e-learning modules for customer-facing support roles and partners, in collaboration with our Technical Content Team.
  • Enhance existing online public product content with our Technical Content Developer and other stakeholders.
  • Provide input and change requests for our online Knowledge Base, including FAQs and user manuals.
  • Review technical documents, including datasheets, tech specs, and user manuals, with our Technical Content Team and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on products, technology, and processes for our team and other GN teams as needed.
  • Distribute product samples within our team for upcoming launches and coordinate feedback through our Early Adopters Program.
Requirements
  • Several years' experience from a similar position or from a position in technical support or technical sales.
  • Or could have a background from in-market product management, a position as technical writer, user experience specialist, IT Support Specialist, or AV Support Specialist.
  • Experience planning and hosting/conducting face-to-face training.
  • Experience constructing training material.
  • A profound understanding of technical products and IT software/hardware.
