Vessel Sales and Purchase Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Establish a network of counterparties for the sale and purchase of vessels in the tanker/wet freight market.
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of tanker vessels throughout the entire transaction process.
- Analyze data related to depreciation, financing, and viability of ship/tanker acquisitions and sales.
- Stay up-to-date on industry events, news, and pressures to maintain on-the-pulse knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal financing/credit teams and external financiers/investors to negotiate bespoke financial deals for tanker vessel transactions.
- Liaise with senior management on the expansion of the S&P tanker desk.
