About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team as a 2nd Level Technical Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving complex technical issues, and documenting knowledge base articles.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with our Product Development team to reproduce, document, and report bugs, and provide detailed feedback to improve our products.

You will also be responsible for creating and reviewing internal and external enablement content, coaching colleagues in technical and logical use of our HR system, Emply, and driving continuous improvements in processes and documentation.
