This involves serving as the primary technical resource for customer-facing teams, delivering 2nd level support, and ensuring complex technical issues are identified, documented, and resolved efficiently.

Beyond troubleshooting, your responsibilities will include testing, reproducing, and reporting bugs, creating and reviewing internal & external enablement content, and coaching colleagues on the technical and logical use of our HR system, Emply.
