The role includes taking on the leading role of delivering SitaWare and Iris suites for Defence customers, primarily in Denmark but can differ depending on the project./ppYou will be working closely with multiple customers, rolling out a mission-critical system that creates value by simplifying decision-making, and where we need our solutions to work when it matters the most. Your focus will be to ensure that our products are installed and operational while ensuring that our product suite interacts accordingly with the support from the rest of the Systematic organization./ppbKey responsibilities/b/pulliDesign, implement, and support technical solutions/liliPerform acceptance testing/liliConduct technical training for our customers – both in classroom environments and in workshop set-ups/liliProvide first and second-level technical customer support on our solution/li/ulpFurthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, consultants, and colleagues at Systematic.
