We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Commercial Account Specialist to join our Poly Hybrid Work Solutions team in Denmark.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and play a central role in shaping the future of communication and collaboration.

Your main objective will be to cultivate strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction. Develop and execute account plans tailored to client needs. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value to customers. Provide timely sales performance reports to track progress and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Builder:
    • Be the single point of contact.
    • Develop and manage relationships on all levels within the customer organization.
    • Manage the virtual team to drive execution.
  • Business Developer:
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand HP Poly's presence with existing customers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and systems engineers, to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
    • Drive pipeline and sales opportunities.
    • Assist partners in opportunity management.
  • Business Leader:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
    • Manage the overall business, opportunities, and provide forecasts.
