About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Growth Strategist. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet the needs of our customers in the Power Transmission sector.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers. Your primary focus will be on adding value to our customers' businesses and managing the sales process from initial contact through to closure.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in sales and customer relationship development.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking.
