Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in addressing intricate technical challenges associated with Wireless test solutions from LitePoint.
  • Oversee technical issues by collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and adherence to project timelines.
  • Support design initiatives at client laboratories and aid in preparing for manufacturing processes with optimal testing solutions.
  • Serve as an authority on wireless communication standards, automated testing requirements, and RF physical layers to guide clients in effective wireless testing approaches.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including partners and peers, to establish requirements for new projects and conduct necessary quality assurance to validate solutions prior to release.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with clients to gain deeper insights into their directions and needs.
  • Provide training and support to local partners.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferred educational background in MS EE or equivalent.
  • Fundamental knowledge of RF principles and an understanding of RF transmitter and receiver architectures.
  • Familiarity with RF PHY layers for at least one wireless communication standard, such as WLAN, Bluetooth, 802.15z Ultra-Wideband (UWB), 5G, or 3GPP Cellular.
  • Experience with RF/system level testing equipment, including Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Oscilloscopes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging and collaborating with others.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Experience with automated testing programs and scripting in C/C++ and Python is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in the wireless telecommunications testing and measurement field is a plus.
