About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Associate to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Project Associate, you will be part of the New Card Platform project, responsible for delivering a world-class B2B payment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate complex customer structures and ensure dissemination to stakeholders, including presentations.
  • Leading sub-projects.
  • Ensure project deliverables within deadlines.
  • Perform user acceptance testing and regression testing.
  • Communicate with Workstream Leads on blockers or additional requirements.
  • Creation of documentation flows and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Working together with business users to establish and meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Pro-active, and flexible with a positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Eager to learn new things and develop their skills.
  • Analytical, structured, and commercially astute.
  • Team player, with strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Office365, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Interest in learning about business processes and systems.
