About the Role

In this exciting role as a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) customers to help them get the most out of Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on cloud adoption strategies, ensure the operational health of our customers' AWS environments, and drive technical discussions to address their challenges.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from developers to C-suite executives, to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet our customers' specific needs. Your expertise and knowledge of AWS services will enable you to identify opportunities for our customers to gain additional value from the cloud.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of cloud computing and its applications. If you are passionate about helping others succeed and thrive in the cloud, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with customers to develop and implement cloud adoption strategies.
  2. Ensure the operational health of our customers' AWS environments.
  3. Drive technical discussions to address customer challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, architects, and executive leaders.
