About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our Goods Handout team at IKEA. As a key member of our Customer Relations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers picking up their orders from the warehouse or online purchases
  • Handle sold goods that are not in stock, ensuring customers receive the correct items
  • Scan and quality-assure orders before handout, guaranteeing customers receive their goods in good condition
  • Ensure efficient tracking of prepackaged customer orders to minimize waiting times and provide an exceptional IKEA experience
