We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our Goods Handout team at IKEA. As a key member of our Customer Relations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience when picking up their ordered goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Efficiently hand out goods to customers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Scan and quality-assure orders before handout, guaranteeing customers receive the correct goods in good condition.
  • Ensure all prepackaged customer orders are accurately tracked, minimizing waiting times and providing a seamless experience.
