Role Overview

We are seeking a charismatic and skilled Server & Bartender to join our team at Mæxico Venues. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, crafting signature cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and entertained.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, taking pride in presentation and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with our kitchen and bar crew to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning up after events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cocktail preparation and service.
