About the Role
This is a 12-month maternity cover position in our Digital and E-commerce team, part of Arla Pro's global foodservice division. You will be responsible for driving our paid media strategy and spearheading the digital development of our website across several markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and execute high-level projects to optimize our paid media platform activities and performance across seven different markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment and involvement across projects and overall business objectives.
- Manage the budget for paid media and digital development, prioritizing projects to improve ROI.
- Develop and execute the roadmap for digital business development.
- Analyze campaign and website performance to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated on new digital trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and digital growth.
Requirements
- A master's degree level or other relevant education.
- Experience in paid media, digital development, or e-commerce.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Advanced English skills, both verbal and written.
