We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Whistleblower Software.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing international company and contribute to the development of our strategic partnerships.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and developing high-potential partners to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our Account Executives to engage key partners across regions and establish Joint Business Plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and onboarding partners that align with our software offer, focusing on Formalize and supplemented with Whistleblower
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with key partners for strategic growth
  • Collaborating with the channel manager to refine the ideal partner profile in assigned regions
  • Possessing a strategic mindset to analyze a fast-changing technology environment and articulate product features to fit partners' portfolios
  • Establishing connections with senior-level executives within partner organizations
  • Collaborating with Focus/Key partners to build Joint Business Plans and tracking progress through regular meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Managing sales forecasts calls to drive revenue growth and setting up a cadence of meetings with Focus and High Potential Partners
  • Organizing training sessions and workshops tailored to partners' needs to increase familiarity with our pitching, demos, and overall software positioning

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, a dynamic and goal-oriented work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in partnership/channel management, a strong understanding of regulations (EU and Local directives) and technology landscape, proficiency in sales forecasting techniques (BANT/MEDDICC), and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
