Title and Summary

You will support Mastercard Payment Services Denmark A/S as a key member of the Global Customer Care team. You will provide operational and technical support to customers, analyzing complex issues and following through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 technical support for customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution;
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to implement new products or technology enhancements, focusing on customer needs;
  • Lead medium-sized projects/initiatives as an individual contributor, applying advanced knowledge of Mastercard's products/services within a particular discipline;
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B environments;
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and responding to routine customer inquiries with high-quality resolutions;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and Real-Time Payment solutions is a plus.
