Account Relationship Specialist

- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability for assigned key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market data and support country managers in developing local fleet business.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with key fleet customers.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key fleet accounts, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- More than 7-10 years of experience in fleet business of automotive industry.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and independent.
- Perfect interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and any Nordic language.
- Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration, pension plan.
