R&D Integration Expert

We're seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our IT Research & Development Team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting cloud-based software application integrations for Genmab's R&D organization.
- Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and integrate software applications and systems used by the R&D Organization using enterprise-scale cloud integrations.
- Assess existing infrastructure or solution architecture, identify requirements, and strategize how to implement R&D domain-specific integrations effectively.
- Drive the adoption of the Enterprise-Integration-as-a-Service model for IT R&D functions.
- Leverage established integration patterns, re-use existing solutions when possible, optimizing efficiency.
- Solid knowledge of Data Integration and Application Integration modules of IICS.
- Identify opportunities to use AI to streamline the lifecycle management of APIs.
- Expert-level proficiency in application integration for orchestrating business processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the integration platform.
- Play a pivotal role in enabling integration solutions that span batch-data movement, data virtualization, and data replication & synchronization.
Requirements:
- Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharma industry is mandatory.
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing integrations, especially Integration Cloud component of IICS Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
- Strong knowledge in APIs and web-services.
- Advanced level proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar.
- Knowledge of and experience with Databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Understanding of Biotechnology processes and regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience working with data science tools, operational systems using AI/ML.
- Experience with Agile framework, DevSecOps processes.
- Excellent Communication skills, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise.
- Integration-specific certifications such as Informatica Cloud Services Data and Application Integration certification are preferred.
This role can be based in Copenhagen (DK) or Utrecht (NL) and is hybrid. We offer a competitive salary of around € 120,000 - € 150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location, plus additional benefits.
