Innovative Neuroscience Intelligence Manager Position

Lundbeck A/S, H is seeking an experienced Manager, Competitive Intelligence in R&D to join its passionate R&D organization. As a trusted advisor on CI matters for the R&D pipeline, you will keep your finger on the pulse of developments in the competitive landscape within neuroscience and communicate actionable insights to support and challenge projects, portfolio, and corporate strategy.
Job Description
- You will be our go-to expert on CI in R&D, liaising with project teams, senior leaders, and other stakeholders across the organization that rely on your expertise to be effective.
- You will collaborate with Global Project Teams (GPTs), brand teams, R&D departments, senior R&D leadership, Commercial, and many other stakeholders within and beyond the R&D organization.
Your Future Team
In PPM in Lundbeck's R&D organization, you will join a team of 15+ colleagues who are proud to be accountable for Lundbeck's global project and portfolio leadership. You will be part of our small portfolio team of experienced professionals who work closely with senior decision-makers.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark, and offers great opportunities to grow your competencies and knowledge and expand your responsibility as you develop in the role. Our culture is characterized by purpose – our work is about bringing breakthrough therapies to patients living with neurological and psychiatric diseases.
What You Bring to the Team
- You hold a master's degree within life sciences, engineering, or a similar field; ideally, you have a PhD and/or MBA degree (or equivalent).
- At least 5-10 years of CI experience from biotech/pharma or a relevant technology industry.
- Deep understanding of the pharma value chain – from drug discovery to loss of exclusivity.
- Ideally, you have expertise within neuroscience (neuroimmunology, psychiatry, etc.).
- You are fluent in English.
