Postdoctoral Researcher in Philosophy: Unlocking Women's Intellectual Contributions

We are seeking a highly qualified Postdoctoral Researcher in Philosophy to join our team at the University of Copenhagen. As a researcher on the ERC-funded project 'Women in the Nordic Enlightenment (WHENCE)', you will contribute to uncovering the intellectual contributions of women in early modern Scandinavia.
The successful candidate will work closely with the project leader, Professor Sabrina Ebbersmeyer, and collaborate with international experts in the field. You will investigate writings that reflect on women's intellectual capacities and explore the development of arguments defending women's intellectual equality.
This is a full-time research position, and you will be expected to engage actively in the WHENCE project, including project meetings, working with partners, participating in international conferences, and publishing in high-impact peer-reviewed journals.
In addition to your research responsibilities, you will participate in the collective research activities of the WHENCE project, including organizing conferences and workshops and the edition of a collective volume and a source book.
About the Position- Employment as a postdoc requires academic qualifications at PhD level in philosophy or relevant related subjects.

- The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear potential to deliver high-quality peer-reviewed research publications.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of DKK 38,575 per month (approximately EUR 5,170), plus a 17.1% contribution to the pension scheme.
