This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Front Desk Representative and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding customer service. As part of our front desk activities, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting and welcoming guests, answering incoming calls and emails, and responding to customers' questions.
You will play a crucial role in creating sales opportunities and increasing upselling during check-in by providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and courteous attitude. To achieve this, you will receive full training to understand our wide list of experiences and services, as well as AIRE's know-how.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area and ensure a smooth check-in process for our guests
- Greet and welcome guests, answer incoming calls and emails, and respond to customers' questions
- Create sales opportunities and increase upselling during check-in
- Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience
