COWI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Digital Director to lead the development of a new digital strategy and drive the implementation of digital plans across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a holistic digital strategy to position COWI as a digital leader in the industry.
- Drive the adoption of AI and data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Set direction for data management and digitalization, ensuring alignment with COWI Group strategy and sector priorities.
- Standardize, optimize, and automate digital core processes across the organization.
- Liaise with stakeholders to define governance for digitalization aspects, such as data management and software management.
- Create and maintain strategic partnerships with tech providers and startups.
- Ensure scoping and prioritization of innovation and digital initiatives.
We are looking for a collaborative and customer-centric leader who can drive digital transformation and innovation across COWI. You will have experience in stakeholder management, digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with startups, and building agile and data-driven cultures.
