eID Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Excellence Manager to support sales in sales operations, refine sales strategies, and develop processes that drive sales team success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales team effectiveness and performance.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies, providing tools and resources to empower the sales team.
  • Drive sales process discipline, ensuring disciplined pipeline health, quality, quantity, and velocity processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization to drive productivity.
  • Secure CRM system data quality for efficient reporting and insight.
  • Report on sales performance, account plan quality, and completeness.
  • Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Sales Excellence.
  • A strong business acumen combined with solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • A relevant background, preferably with a master's degree within business, economics, or a related commercially oriented field.

Educational Background and Experience Required

A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with sales excellence in a similar industry. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential.

Location and Benefits:

This role is based in Virum, Denmark. As our Sales Excellence Manager, you will work in a dynamic environment with flexible working hours and regular remote work options. We offer a competitive salary package and benefits that support your professional growth and well-being.

Salary: €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
