With a strong focus on digital innovation, we're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Employee Development Manager to drive our employee lifecycle initiatives.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for providing day-to-day support to leaders across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • You'll design and implement employee development and retention programs that boost performance, engagement, and retention.
  • You'll assist in recruiting and hiring processes, from job posting to interviewing and preboarding new hires.
  • Advise on HR policies and ensure consistent application across the organization.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, including supporting managers with performance discussions and goal setting.
  • Manage engagement surveys and employee feedback, helping managers address concerns and improve team dynamics and performance.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations, guaranteeing efficient and effective processes.

Requirements:

  • A few years' hands-on experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or similar role.
  • Ability to provide exceptional support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries, clarifying policies, and offering solutions to HR challenges.
  • Highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • An analytical approach to HR, using data to provide insights and drive HR strategies and decisions.
