About the Role

The LEGO Group is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our Corporate Reporting & Planning team as a Senior Finance Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights to support our senior management team.

As a critical member of our finance organization, you will work closely with the Group CFO and Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
    • Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Strategic Planning and Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
    • Provide financial expertise and guidance to support business initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Masters degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a finance leadership role in a global company.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
