Key Responsibilities:
- Own the onboarding process across the entire organization
- Lead most onboarding projects from sales to go-live, acting as project manager
- Attend sales and status meetings with customers and partners
- Coordinate all customer-specific requirements with internal sales and development teams
About Our Products
We offer a portfolio of solutions enabling customers to accept contactless payments on mobile phones and tablets. Our clients include major Danish companies, and we operate in 15 countries. Our payment solutions are also utilized in highly mobile environments, such as major festivals.
About Us
Softpay is a fintech company with a history of successfully starting and building payment companies. We have a rapidly growing team of approximately 40 employees, with a culture characterized by an entrepreneurial and informal environment. Our workflows and decision-making processes are quick and non-bureaucratic.
We believe that effective collaboration happens best when we are close to each other, so we work from the office four days a week. Our company is founded by individuals with over 20 years of experience in the payments industry.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in customer and partner onboarding. The ideal candidate is focused on completion, always knowing the next task and addressing it promptly. They should be able to build trust so that others delegate tasks and responsibilities, seeing that they follow through.
The candidate should be technically minded, understanding apps, APIs, SDKs, etc. They should be customer-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and professionalism. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of payment solutions is a plus but not required.
This is a full-time position based in our Copenhagen office. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Engineering.
