Job Description
As a Danish Business Development Strategist, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with intelligent market segmentation, outbound sales, and market analytics by leveraging AI-tools, phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. You will become an integral part of our growth journey, helping define our strategic direction while working with our customers in fields like consulting and technology.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing business opportunities for our customers in the Nordics
- Managing your own sales pipelines and driving customer success through regular reports and status meetings
- Identifying best practices to develop our internal processes and contribute to building the Vaekst Group culture
Your Key Performance Objectives Will Be:
- Sales: Conduct a minimum of 300 outreach activities in fluent Danish, towards relevant decision makers, per week (via phone, email, and LinkedIn) on behalf of your customers, leading to the generation of at least 60 new leads and 15 high-quality business opportunities per month
- Data: Accurately log all customer interactions and relevant information in Hubspot after each engagement and develop and maintain a system for tracking and analyzing customer insights
- Customer Communication: Develop and demonstrate proactive communication skills by joining check-ins with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide updates on outreach efforts
- Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset by identifying and resolving significant customer challenges, leading to improved customer satisfaction and retention
- Culture Building: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and demonstrating a commitment to the company's values and goals
We Offer:
A competitive salary ranging from €45,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
