As a Bid Management Specialist - Wind Division, your duties will include:

  • Preparation assistance: Aid in the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals by collecting, compiling, and updating specific information for responses, CVs, and project references.
  • Tender team support: Provide support to the tender team by handling administrative tasks and internal processes, such as managing communication, managing the registration/updating process of the tender portal profile, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating the proposal signing process.
  • Data management: Support documentation of client- and project-relevant data through various digital tools (e.g., CRM) and assist in compiling information for business intelligence activities (e.g., key account and country meetings).
  • Content management: Support in organizing and maintaining templates, references, capability statements, presentations, CVs, etc.

You will work closely with the BIS team in organizational and administrative matters, account management, and regional commercial activities. Your contributions will foster efficient team collaborations across the wind division.
