Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire bid lifecycle, from initial planning to final submission.
- Develop comprehensive bid strategies aligned with company goals and client requirements.
- Oversee the creation of compelling proposals that effectively address client needs and showcase company strengths.
- Contribute to proposal content and presentation, ensuring clarity and coherence.
- Prepare and review commercial aspects of bids, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance.
- Identify potential risks associated with bids and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and client requirements throughout the bid lifecycle.
Performance Metrics
- Track bid outcomes, analyze success rates, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in bid management.
- Strong project management, communication, analytical thinking, and technical skills.
