Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire bid lifecycle, from initial planning to final submission.
  • Develop comprehensive bid strategies aligned with company goals and client requirements.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling proposals that effectively address client needs and showcase company strengths.
  • Contribute to proposal content and presentation, ensuring clarity and coherence.
  • Prepare and review commercial aspects of bids, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance.
  • Identify potential risks associated with bids and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain strict adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and client requirements throughout the bid lifecycle.

Performance Metrics

  • Track bid outcomes, analyze success rates, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in bid management.
  • Strong project management, communication, analytical thinking, and technical skills.
