Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and contribute to crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences that enhance our product's value across key user journeys. As a Senior Product Designer, you will engage in continuous user research to uncover insights and inform design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of user behavior and needs through continuous research and usability testing.
  2. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that adhere to user-centered design principles.
  3. Collaborate with the Product Trio to drive continuous discovery efforts and ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and product principles.
  4. Participate in user interviews, feedback sessions, and validation activities to gather insights and validate assumptions.
  5. Maintain and evolve the visual, user experience, and accessibility aspects of the design system.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, prototyping, and UI/UX design.
  2. Strong skills in design tools such as Figma or similar.
  3. Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
