Som vores nye Sales Coordinator bliver din primære opgave at opbygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer med vores kunder. Din evne til at yde fremragende service er afgørende, men lige så vigtigt er det, at du kan udfordre kundernes forespørgsler, så I, i fællesskab, finder de bedste løsninger.

Arbejdsopgaver:

  • Salgsforhandlinger: Deltagelse i forhandling og lukning af salgsaftaler med fokus på høj kundetilfredshed.
  • Kundeservice: Fungere som bindeled mellem kunder og vores interne afdelinger.
  • Projektkoordinering: Koordinering af kundeprojekter på tværs af salg, design og produktion.
  • Tilbud og ordrebehandling: Udfærdigelse af tilbud samt håndtering af ordre- og logistikbehandling af kundeordrer.
  • Projektafvikling: Opfølgning på en effektiv projektafvikling i alle faser af projektet.
  • Fakturering: Fakturering af kundeprojekter.
  • Kundedata og projektinformation: Vedligeholdelse af kundedata og projektinformation.
  • CRM-system: Registrering og løbende opdatering af salg og aktiviteter i vores CRM-system.

Kvalifikationer og færdigheder:

  • Relevant uddannelse: En relevant uddannelse inden for salg, marketing, projektkoordinering eller lignende.
  • Erfaring: Erfaring med salgs- og projektkoordinering.
  • Kommunikationsfærdigheder: Du er udadvendt, engageret, struktureret og i stand til at bevare overblikket i en dynamisk hverdag.
  • Sprog: Du kommunikerer ubesværet på engelsk – kendskab til andre europæiske sprog er en fordel.
  • IT-kompetencer: Du har solide IT-kompetencer, især i MS Office, og gerne erfaring med D365.
  • International erfaring: Du har erfaring med at arbejde i et internationalt miljø.
