Sales and Client Relations Representative

GANNI is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Client Relations Representative to join our team in Copenhagen Airport. As a full-time representative, you will play a key role in driving business, relationships, and community through intelligent clienteling tools.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish a client base of loyalty and foster the GANNI community. You will also conduct strategic client outreaches to drive footfall and business to the store, strive to reach KPI targets, and maintain VM guidelines and visual standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience from the service industry or fashion would be considered an advantage, and fluency in Danish and English is essential.
