At SKANDINAVISK, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced customer service professional to support our Danish and international B2B customers in a full-time capacity from our Copenhagen head office.

This role will be the first point of contact for our wholesale customers and will play a central role in the process from order to invoicing, ensuring an efficient and excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will report to our Head of Customer Service and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in the pursuit of high customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service and data management
  • A proven ability to work accurately with data and ERP systems, such as SAP
  • Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and a Scandinavian language
