Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer engagement efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and improve overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Iron Mountain's services.
  • Account Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive account plans, ensuring alignment with customer needs and goals.
  • Contract Renewals: Proactively engage with customers to renew contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure global alignment.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts, leveraging available analytical data and industry trends.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver effective presentations, reports, and other communication materials to senior-level management and customers.
Requirements
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Sales Skills: Proven sales skills and negotiation abilities, with a track record of influencing and aligning unique insights to key customer priorities.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan for success and allocate the appropriate amount of time spent on various stages of the sales cycle.
