About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at GTT Communications, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our most valued and strategic customers, ensuring they achieve business value throughout their entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build Lasting Relationships: Develop deep understanding of customer priorities and challenges, and assure they see shared success.
  2. Customer Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate through the entire customer journey and advocating for their needs internally.
  3. Rapid Issue Resolution: Proactively engage with customers, identify and resolve issues in real-time, and coordinate cross-departmental resources when needed.
  4. New Client Onboarding: Provide seamless onboarding experience, introducing customers to our customer portal, key processes, and first invoice review.
  5. Upsell Opportunities: Identify and support additional revenue streams through GTT products and services.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven Track Record: Successful experience in managing large or strategic account customer bases.
  • Strong Organizational Awareness: Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including Sales, Support, Services, and Product teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to driving cultural changes, enhancing responsiveness, and efficiency in core business practices.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
