We are seeking a proactive Customer Experience Strategist to join our dynamic and international capability at VML MAP. As a key member of our Customer and Business Strategy team, you will have the opportunity to develop growth strategies that transform B2B customer experiences and create better operating effectiveness.

What You Will Do:
  • You will assess clients' different B2B routes-to-market and identify opportunities to digitize and improve customer engagement and relationship management.
  • You will define clients' future B2B marketing and commercial strategies by applying strong analytical skills and drawing accurate and insightful recommendations across topics like commercial strategy, lead scoring and management, ABM, CRM & omni-channel strategy and roadmap developments.
  • You will take ownership of the development and day-to-day management of client deliverables and presentations with a strong visual aesthetic and strategic rigor.

In addition, you will conduct interviews and workshops with external and internal stakeholders, develop strategy papers for executive management, playbooks, business review reports and other presentations, develop value cases, measurement frameworks, benchmarks and KPI reports, support client teams and clients in the transformation/implementation of organizational changes, mobilize pilots and proofs of concept, and support our client and growth team with sales and new business development.

About Our Team:

You will be based in the VML MAP headquarters in Copenhagen and become part of a dynamic and international capability where you will get plenty of opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills. You will work effectively with colleagues across time zones, especially in the EU and North America.

Your work will depend on collaboration with the wider VML MAP teams, which means you will get to collaborate closely with experts from our technology, data, creative, and client teams from our offices globally. In addition, you will be working with our clients, both management and specialists, across many of their functions including marketing, sales, digital and technology.

About the Role:

The salary range for this position is approximately $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive excellent benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) matching program, and generous paid time off.
