Thrives as a Strategic Stakeholder Manager

Falck Danmark A/S seeks an experienced strategic stakeholder manager to join our global communication team in a pivotal role that combines senior stakeholder management, project responsibility, and change communications.

This role requires excellent advisory and presentation skills, and the ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder who is curious about the business and people and able to remain calm under pressure.

About the Role

As a key member of our global Communications, Branding & Sustainability team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including top management, employees, and external partners.
  • Communication Strategy: You will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to support our business objectives and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Change Enablement: You will provide tailored advice and change communications support to strategic projects, global functions, and business units. You will also make sure that our change communications toolbox is being applied and kept up to date on an ongoing basis.
  • Culture Shaping: You will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring that it aligns with our values and goals.
  • Talent Development: You will support the development of our employees' skills and abilities to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the business.

About You

To be the perfect match for this position, you must have:

  • +5 years' experience with stakeholder management and internal communications.
  • The ability to provide sound communications and change management advice and guidance to stakeholders and apply and develop our global change management toolbox.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of effectively working with top management.
  • Experience in successfully driving communities and project teams. This is not a people manager role, but there will be plenty of informal leadership, for example through heading up project teams.
  • A relationship builder by nature. You naturally connect with others and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Confident in your professional knowledge and able to adapt it to the context.
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle high-stress situations with grace and professionalism.
  • A team-player eager to take an active role in a great team, both at a professional and social level.
  • Proficient in UK English.
