We are Monta ApS, a leader in the electric vehicle charging industry, on a mission to simplify, make accessible, and reliable for everyone. Our Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager will drive business growth and customer satisfaction across the DACH region by leveraging strategic partnerships.

This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in Fortune 500 companies, to collaborate with our cross-functional teams and develop customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our strategic partners. You will act as the operational lead and trusted advisor for all stakeholders in your dedicated book of business, focusing on workflow realization, product enablement, and proactively leading customers through their lifecycle.

  • Cultivating Lasting Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Streamlining Product Implementation: Ensure seamless product implementation, migration, and proactive customer support, fostering a deep understanding of our product and its applications.
  • Risk Mitigation & Expansion: Collaborate with Account Management to handle risk proactively, manage renewals, and grow your book of business over time.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with strategic organizations, ideally with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent German and English language skills, excellent communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Commercial Acumen: Customer-first approach, commercial knowledge, and problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions.
