About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will drive meaningful change in the Danish healthcare ecosystem by identifying barriers in the patient journey and co-creating solutions that improve outcomes.

You will act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals (HCPs), building positive relationships and driving engagement. Your role will involve collaborating with Medical, Marketing, and other teams to optimize patient access and demand.

The Opportunity

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs, fostering strong relationships and driving engagement.
  2. Identify challenges in the patient journey and develop effective solutions in collaboration with the team.
  3. Support the appropriate use of Roche's MS treatments by communicating scientific and real-world data effectively.
  4. Provide valuable insights into the market and healthcare ecosystem to inform strategies and materials for HCPs and patients.
  5. Lead partner planning efforts, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for those engaging with Roche.
  6. Drive customer-centric initiatives that remove roadblocks and build balanced value for patients and the healthcare system.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A strategic and forward-thinking professional with a strong ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
  • Skilled in customer engagement, with at least 3-5 years of experience working closely with HCPs as a Product Manager, Customer Experience Manager, MSL, or Medical Advisor.
  • Experienced in Multiple Sclerosis or Neurology, with a strong network and ability to collaborate effectively with HCPs and Thought Leaders.
  • A strong communicator who can translate insights and data into impactful messaging and strategic actions.
  • Fluent proficiency in Danish and English is required.
