We are seeking an experienced professional to join Energy Transition Execution, Innovation & Partnerships. As a Senior Decarbonisation Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in decarbonising logistics for our customers.

Solution Development and Project Delivery:
  • You will collect and evaluate supply chains to identify opportunities for improvement in terms of decarbonisation.
  • Based on customer-specific needs, you will design solutions to reduce carbon impact through network optimisation, modal shifts, and energy transition.
  • Feasibility studies and cost-benefit assessments will be conducted to assess the viability and impact of potential decarbonisation projects.
Project Planning, Management & Governance:
  • You will develop comprehensive project goals, plans, and governance for each customer partnership project in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure project timelines and quality of deliverables are adhered to throughout the project, communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • You will identify and manage potential risks and drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvement and sharing best practices.
Stakeholder Management:
  • You will build strong relationships within Energy Transition, Commercial Sustainability, Area Product managers, customer account teams, and other internal stakeholders to gain support and alignment.
  • Collaborate with customers and other external partners to achieve timely and high-quality outcomes.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics, is required. Proven experience in project management with strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain is essential.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on results. Excellent leadership and team management skills are necessary, along with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.

A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and effectively convey complex information is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills are also required.

An estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and requirements. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
