Job OverviewWe seek a motivated, skilled individual to join our Energy Transition Execution, Innovation & Partnerships organisation, shaping and maturing customer solutions.
As a Senior Decarbonisation Solution Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in successful customer engagement scoping and delivery, ensuring decarbonisation of logistics for customers.
You'll analyse customer supply chains, identify opportunities, and create innovative solutions, driving positive change in the industry while delivering our Integrator Strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and evaluate supply chains, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in decarbonisation.
- Identify customer-specific opportunities to reduce carbon impact through network optimisation, modal shifts, and energy transition.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit assessments to evaluate potential decarbonisation project viability and impact.
- Design and manage tools and templates.
- Develop comprehensive project goals, plans, and governance for each customer partnership project in consultation with stakeholders.
- Ensure project timelines, quality of deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage potential risks.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process improvement opportunities and sharing best practices.
- Establish project governance framework and guidelines to ensure adherence to planned timelines, objectives, and quality standards.
- Own internal communications during and post-project completion.
- Document project summaries, learnings, and organise feedback sessions post-project completion.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics).
- Proven experience in project management with strong knowledge and understanding of logistics and supply chain.
- Exceptional organisational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and effectively convey complex information.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in tools and software for project management, analysis (e.g., Microsoft Excel), data visualisation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI), and network optimisation software.
- Comfortable with 30% international travel annually and flexible working hours.
